The Avalon Hotel features 104 rooms within carefully restored art deco buildings in a spectacular location on 7th and Ocean Drive... it is one of the very 1st renovated Art Deco properties on Miami Beach (first opened as a renovated hotel in 1987). Valet parking is available at the hotel however within one block you will have access to a parking garage, which may be a more flexible and economical option than valet.

The South Seas Hotel features 111 rooms with one of the nicest pool areas around and perfectly located on the beach on Collins Avenue in between the Raleigh Hotel and the Delano, on probably the hottest block in South Beach.

Both hotels deserve a mention for their wonderful and very complete European Continental Breakfast, which is included.
